Charton Hobbs is seeking a Director, Finance (Control & Performance) to play a key leadership role in financial governance, business performance, and continuous improvement of operations.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for the integrity of financial information, the full accounting cycle, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls. You will also act as a key financial leader and business partner to internal teams, enabling and shaping decision-making while driving financial and operational performance across the organization.
You will take on a visible and strategic leadership role within a leading Canadian wine and spirits organization. Your work will directly influence financial performance and operational effectiveness in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
