This role involves overseeing North American sales activities, developing strategies for revenue generation, and managing a team focused on enterprise software applications. As Director, Field Sales for Enablon , you will oversee the North American commercial activities and responsibilities for the Enablon organization including revenue strategy / business planning and budget development with true accountability for revenue generation. Additionally, you will develop growth and resource scaling plans while managing a North American team selling enterprise software applications. The North American sales team is comprised of sales leaders and reps located in the U.S and Canada. You will report to the Global VP of Sales, Corporate Performance & ESG Enablon.
