What is the Opportunity?
We are looking for an experienced Insider Risk Enhanced Monitoring Director within the greater Toronto area. The role focuses on identifying indicators of behavior and collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish and investigate early indicators to help proactively highlight events and action them prior to them becoming exposures. The incumbent will be responsible for working closely with global security, investigations, IT, HR, legal, and privacy teams to refine insider risk detection mechanisms, establishing key metrics and enabling effective oversight functions while fostering a culture of ongoing protection and trust while maintaining strong employee privacy protection practices.
