As we scale up our teams and our platform; you as a technical leader will guide the team in building, improving, and maintaining a best-in-class platform. You’re a hands‑on Eng. Leader who to not only leads a team of engineers but also continues to build on the talent we have.

You’re experienced in designing and building microservices on the cloud, Web applications. You’re an excellent communicator and thrive to make a significant impact with our clients. Expect to take ownership of technical vision and strategy, to take the lead on key architectural decisions, to mentor a growing team.

About the Work

• Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team (Application, Platform, Data Services) and coach towards aligned career goals.
• Lead the tracking of critical technical performance indicators (uptime, delivery speed, release quality, and unit economics) to ensure engineering output directly translates into measurable business success.
  
• Work hand‑in‑hand with customer‑facing departments to equip internal teams with technical expertise, solve client challenges, and boost customer satisfaction.
• Deliver outcomes for the team, ensuring predictable, high-quality software delivery through strong execution, prioritization, and operational rigor.

About You

• With 10+ years of progressive experience; you’re a developer at heart, growing from an IC to leadership, and passionate about building good software.
• You will bring deep expertise in AI‑assisted software development and a proven track record of scaling AI coding tools across engineering teams.
  
• You champion engineering best practices and sound architecture to continuously raise the bar for platform scale, performance, and reliability.
• You will strategically manage engineering capacity to deliver immediate business priorities while continuously modernizing and ensuring limited to no “tech debt”.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science required, advanced degree preferred

• Knowledge of the latest AI and machine learning advancements in the manufacturing or industrial sector, with a strong commitment to driving continuous innovation.
  

• Self-driven — you proactively seek answers and explore solutions without waiting for direction.
• Understanding of Real‑time Data environments, Data Science workflows or industrial data.
