Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider located in Downtown Toronto is seeking an Associate Director to oversee IT GxP compliance and manage critical technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with research scientists, ensure compliance with industry standards, and support a diverse application portfolio. This role requires a strong background in life sciences or IT and at least 7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech fields. A hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of IT engineering or business experience.
• Experience in providing governance to laboratory IT environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data integrity controls.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with research scientists and QA personnel.
• Support the Early Development IT project portfolio.
• Ensure IT lab operations meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.
