A leading company in virtual care is seeking a Director for their Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This role involves strategic ownership and execution of the EAP, ensuring alignment across teams and continuous improvement based on customer feedback. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the EAP industry and a strong bias for action.
Reporting to JN Guillemette, Chief Operating Officer, we are seeking a results-driven leader to take full ownership of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This role is responsible for defining and executing the program roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams across GotoMarket (GTM), Technology, and Operations, and ensuring seamless execution. The ideal candidate will excel at eliminating bottlenecks, maintaining momentum, and keeping all stakeholders aligned toward a common goal.
