Please note this role will work in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate must be located near a Canadian Blood Services site, with a strong preference for Ottawa - 1800 Alta Vista Drive OR Toronto - 67 College Street. The role involves a mixture of on-site and off-site work to meet operational needs, with employees currently expected to have at least 40% in-person presence, subject to change based on circumstances.

The role involves collaboration across the organization to identify and eliminate systemic barriers and promote a culture of inclusion and equity.
