Overview

The purpose of this role is to partner with client to help achieve the vision and strategic business goals, through designing and implementing consultancy projects that will transfom the business.

Position Summary

The Director, Digital Transformation & Advisory Consulting plays a key role in helping enterprise marketing organizations evolve through data-driven strategy and transformation. This client-facing role blends advisory consulting with analytics and marketing technology insights to support smarter decision-making and improved business outcomes.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to evaluate current capabilities, assess opportunities for growth, and recommend strategic solutions that integrate data strategy, analytics maturity, and emerging technologies such as Data Clean Rooms and AI platforms. You’ll also support the execution of transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams and contribute to internal capability development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate client marketing and analytics capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities for transformation.
  • Advise on privacy-related strategies in marketing
  • Apply experiences from developing data analytics programs, media activation, and marketing effectiveness strategies to advise clients on best practices.
  • Assess organizational readiness and recommend strategic roadmaps that align data, analytics, and marketing technology with business goals.
  • Develop and present actionable AI and analytics use cases for marketing performance, personalization, analytics capabilities, and operational efficiency.
  • Translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure cohesive delivery and alignment between strategy and execution.
  • Support change management and enablement efforts to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and workflows.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and practice development through knowledge sharing and solution innovation.
  • Develop digital media recommendations and action plans
Qualifications
  • 8–12 years of experience in digital transformation, analytics consulting, or marketing strategy.
  • Proven ability to assess client needs and develop strategic recommendations across data, analytics, and technology.
  • Expert in digital analytics, digital media, and marketing analytics development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • High business acumen and ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with martech platforms and emerging trends, with a focus on practical application
  • Experience with identity management platforms, data clean rooms, CDPs and/or closed publisher ecosystem technologies.
  • Ability to advise on basic analytics principles, such as KPI development and reporting, as well as complex concepts like MMM or propensity modeling.

The annual salary range for this position is $135,000-$150,000 . Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors , including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
