What you will do
  • Develop and own a multi-year product roadmap for digital experiences, aligning with business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility
  • Act as an innovative thought leader, shaping digital experiences that anticipate future customer, technology, and business needs while protecting and maximizing long-term investment
  • Conduct ongoing customer research and competitive analysis to identify emerging market needs, inform product direction, and keep our digital experiences ahead of expectations
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive alignment with initiatives across the enterprise
  • Write clear, actionable user stories that reflect customer pain points and business value
  • Champion the customer experience, ensuring product decisions are rooted in empathy, usability, and measurable impact
  • Collaborate and contribute meaningfully to discussions on design, content, engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver seamless, intuitive journeys
  • Apply a product mindset, focusing on outcomes over outputs and continuously iterating based on user feedback and data insights
  • Guide the product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through delivery and optimization, ensuring readiness across business units
  • Integrate data into product operations, using tools like analytics dashboards, customer surveys, and usability testing to inform product decisions
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment, communicating product vision, progress, and results to internal teams and occasionally directly to customers
  • Support iterative delivery, embracing experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement
  • Act as a customer advocate, contributing meaningfully to discussions on design and engineering, and helping bridge gaps between disciplines
  • Measure success through clear KPIs and business impact, using data to validate decisions and guide future iterations
  • Socialize team wins, progress updates, and roadmap plans to foster transparency, alignment, and momentum across the organization
  • Represent and advocate for our digital products and strategy in customer‑facing interactions, communicating a clear and compelling vision that builds understanding, engagement, and confidence
What you will bring

  • A strong mental model and the ability to quickly understand complex business domains, translating new knowledge into clear product direction and practical decisions
  • Comfort with product delivery – you should be able to collaborate effectively with developers, designers and content writers
  • A customer‑first mindset, with a passion for creating thoughtful, intuitive digital experiences
  • A proactive and results‑oriented approach, with a track record of delivering measurable value through collaboration and innovation
  • Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills, with a focus on using insights over opinions to inform, validate, and continuously improve product decisions
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and shared ownership
  • A growth mindset, embracing experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders and inspire teams
  • Experience in agile methodologies, product discovery, and iterative delivery
  • A curious and improvement‑focused mindset – you’re comfortable asking “why” and exploring better ways of doing things
  • A strong ability to learn and adopt rapidly changing technologies, including large language models, AI, big data, and emerging digital tools, to enhance customer experiences and accelerate delivery
