Description

Join us in Toronto as the Director of Demand Generation & Account-based Marketing, leading targeted marketing efforts to drive pipeline and revenue growth. Collaborate with sales, revenue operations, and marketing teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns tailored to key accounts and personas, focusing on personalization, data, and alignment across the customer journey.

What You Will Do

Lead strategy and execution of marketing campaigns, partner with sales and marketing teams, and optimize performance through data analysis and personalization.

Responsibilities
  1. Establish strategic plans with senior leadership.
  2. Develop departmental processes and cascade strategies.
  3. Own ABM strategy, identify target accounts, and craft multi-channel campaigns.
  4. Oversee segmentation and audience targeting in data-driven campaigns.
  5. Collaborate on campaign creation, testing, and tracking.
  6. Lead the demand generation team.
  7. Analyze customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
  8. Use data insights to improve lead generation programs.
  9. Manage marketing dashboards and KPIs.
  10. Design and implement marketing automation.
  11. Perform other duties as needed.
