Job summary

McLean & Company, a division of Info-Tech Research Group, is seeking a seasoned People Leader and Director Facilitator to guide a team of facilitators and coaches in delivering high-impact leadership development programs. You will connect business priorities to team execution, drive performance, and ensure continuous development for executives and HR leaders.

The role emphasizes coaching with PCC-level ICF standards, facilitation excellence, and collaboration with commercial and operations teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years of facilitation experience, preferably online facilitation using Teams platform.
• 5+ years experience in HR in corporate environment
• ICF certification at minimum PCC level
• Strong analytical and critical thinking, project management and communication skills
• Ability to lead and develop teams of managers/directors and gig workers

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of managers/directors and gig workers delivering programs
• Provide guidance on complex people issues including performance management and engagement
• Foster a high-performance, accountable, collaborative team culture
• Co-Lead facilitator excellence and quality assurance with shadowing and feedback
• Deliver training to leader and HR audiences using adult-learning methods
• Conduct leadership coaching with external clients at PCC level per ICF standards
• Engage with leadership clients through effective coaching conversations and powerful questioning
• Manage cohorts through introductions, tailoring, and primary contact for decision makers
• Partner with commercial teams to demonstrate value of products/services to potential clients
• Maintain and pilot program designs, coordinating between LS delivery and LS production
• Collaborate with operations to schedule full-time, contract, and gig talent
• Possess strong organization and time management, switching between priorities
• Evaluate data to make strategic recommendations beyond HR scope
• Demonstrate experience with first-time and senior leader facilitation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and developa small teamof managers/directors, and gig workers responsible for program delivery
• Provide guidance on complex people issues, including performance management, engagement, and team dynamics
• Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborativeteamculture.
• Co-Lead facilitator excellence and quality assurance practices, including shadowing and giving feedback
• Facilitate training offerings targetedmainly toleader and HR audiences using a variety of creative techniques aligned with adult learning principles.
• Deliver coaching using theproficienciesand competencies outlined by the ICF atPCC level with external clients as part of McLean & Company's leadership development coaching offering.
• Engage in effective coaching conversations with leadership clients, demonstrating active listening skills and asking powerful questions to guide leaders in finding their own solutionsto aid their professional development.
• Manage each cohort assigned through meet and greets, tailoring, and beingmainpoint of contact for decision makers.
• Partner with our commercial teams todemonstrate“proof concept” for our products and services to potential clients, assess client needs, and scope requirements.
• Contribute to themaintenanceof current offerings, including piloting anditeratingprogram designwhere needed. Be the liaison between LS delivery and LS production for product updates.
• Collaborate with operations to develop and execute scheduling strategies across full-time, contract, and gig talent
• 7+years of facilitation experience, preferably online facilitation using Teams platform
• 5+years experiencein HR in corporate environment
• Minimum 10 years of people leader experience in Human Resources
• Client focused, with a demonstrated ability to assess client needs
• ICF certification atminimumPCClevel
• Collaborative, with superior listening, critical thinking, and quality assurance skills
• Strong organizational, project and time management skills, with a proven ability toswitch quickly betweenhigh prioritytasks
• Proven attention to detail and comfort in making strategic recommendations using large data sets
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make informed decisions thatdemonstratea broader scope of contextual and business understanding, rather than just an HR focus
• Strong analytical and critical thinking, project management, collaboration, communication, and key player management skills.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating at both the first-time leader and senior leader level
• Ability to thrive inarapidly changing work environmentwith complex personalities and situations
• Proficientin PowerPoint,Outlook,Teamsand other Microsoftsuitproducts.
