TELUS Health is seeking a visionary Director to join our Pension Plan Administration department. As a key leader, you will shape the future of our team, engage with clients, and drive our department's success.

What you’ll do
  1. Client Representation: Act as the face of TELUS Health Pension Plan Administration to current clients and during submissions.
  2. Department Evolution: Contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of our department.
  3. Industry Insights: Stay ahead of industry practices and share developments to enhance team performance.
  4. Senior Service Management: Oversee client accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  5. Team Leadership: Supervise and manage team resources effectively.
  6. Mandate Execution: Support the team in executing diverse mandates and projects.
  7. Budget Management: Develop budgets for your projects and ensure compliance.
  8. Client Satisfaction: Listen to client needs and propose innovative solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  9. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements.
  10. Business Development: Cultivate new business relationships, secure agreements with existing clients, and identify new market opportunities.
What you bring
  1. Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science, or a related field.
  3. Excellent organizational, control, and planning skills.
  4. Strong analytical skills for problem-solving.
  5. Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships (communication and interpersonal skills).
  6. Proven success in team management.
  7. Motivational leadership that inspires others.
  8. Exceptional customer service capabilities.
  9. Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
