We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our Pension Administration team, delivering exceptional service to our diverse client portfolio. This strategic leader will drive operational excellence, ensure sustainable business growth, and maintain high client satisfaction and employee engagement.
What You'll Do
  1. Be the Face of TELUS Health: Represent our Pension Plan Administration team to current clients and during exciting submissions.
  2. Drive Innovation: Contribute to the growth and evolution of our department, always staying ahead of industry practices to bring fresh ideas.
  3. Lead by Example: Act as a senior service manager for client accounts, providing top-tier service and support.
  4. Mentor and Guide: Supervise and inspire team resources to achieve exceptional results.
  5. Project Excellence: Support the team in executing a variety of mandates and projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
  6. Finance Mastery: Develop and manage budgets for your mandates, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  7. Client Satisfaction: Elevate client satisfaction by truly understanding their needs and offering innovative solutions.
  8. Process Improvement: Identify and propose enhancements to our processes for better performance.
  9. Business Growth: Foster new business relationships, secure agreements with existing clients, and explore new markets with potential clients.
What You Bring
  1. Experience: Over 12 years of relevant experience backing your expertise.
  2. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Administration, Actuarial Science, or another relevant field.
  3. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational, control, and planning skills.
  4. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to tackle and resolve challenges.
  5. Communication Skills: Stellar communication skills with the ability to build and sustain strong interpersonal relationships.
  6. Leadership: Strong team management skills with motivational leadership.
  7. Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills ensuring client satisfaction.
  8. Language Proficiency: Command of both French and English, spoken and written.
