About the role

Are you a technically strong and meticulous data professional with a passion for business intelligence, ETLs, transformations, and data management? Info-Tech is seeking a Director, Data Management & Reporting who thrives on challenges and is eager to make a significant impact. This role is critical to building out the Data & Analytics Department for the organization at large.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Data structures, ETLs, and Transformation jobs.
  • Hands-on with R, SQL, as well as reporting tools such as PowerBI, Salesforce CRMA, etc.
  • Understand system architecture, built-in dataflows & rules, and comprehend reporting metrics to enable business reporting.
  • Build end-to-end reporting solutions/suites and ability to grasp and learn new tools.
  • Serve as a liaison between Business and Functional areas and technology to ensure that data related business requirements for protecting sensitive data are clearly defined, communicated, and well understood and considered as part of operational prioritization and planning.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards, and adoption requirements across the enterprise.
  • Define indicators of performance and quality metrics and ensure compliance with data related policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and adoption requirements.
  • Provide guidance on opportunities to streamline data management; assist with the development of data standards through identification of gaps in current standards and opportunities to increase efficiencies.
  • Maintain documentation on common data dictionaries, data usage, and governance roadmap.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • At least 10+ years of experience within Data and analytics space.
  • Specifically, Reporting and Data Management experience. Ability to own and manage end-to-end dataflows.
  • Salesforce CRMA and Microsoft Fabric knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong skills and experience with SFDC, Power BI, Analytics Studio, R, and SQL.
  • Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a commitment to excellence. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with precision.
  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent demonstrable skill/work experience.
