Jarvis Consulting Group seeks two Directors, Data in Toronto to lead end-to-end data projects, shaping client outcomes through deep technical insight and strategic guidance.
You will own projects from kickoff to delivery, act as trusted advisor to executives, and collaborate with Sales to craft data-driven proposals and RFPs, expanding services and growing the practice in a fast-moving environment.
We're building the future of tech - and we want brilliant minds to build it with us.
Jarvis is a Technology Advisory & Talent Solutions firm on a mission to equalize opportunity and maximize potential. We hire brilliant people other firms overlook, and we back them with a human-centered approach that keeps clients growing and teams thriving.
Tech doesn't stand still - and neither do we. We're looking for 2 Directors, Data who thrive on curiosity as much as capability, and wants to help shape where this industry goes next.
Own data projects start to finish - from kickoff to delivery, always tied to real business outcomes. Be the trusted advisor clients call first, building relationships that last through understanding, not just delivery. Set the milestones, own the timeline, hit the mark. Get hands-on - bring your technical chops to drive outcomes, not just manage them. Push our methodologies forward and raise the bar on how we work. Team up with Sales to design winning data solutions - proposals, RFPs, pitches, all of it. Help grow the practice itself: spot new opportunities, expand what we offer, deepen our impact.
A track record of delivering - and selling - data-driven consulting work. Sharp proposal and RFP-writing chops. A coachable, team-first mindset with the drive to jump into sales solutioning. The confidence to sit across from executives and cut through complexity.
NOTE that **deep** technical expertise in Databricks is required (Snowflake or Fabric may also be considered).
At Jarvis, Equalizing Opportunity and Maximizing Potential isn't a tagline - it's how we build a diverse, inclusive team where people show up as themselves. We reward curiosity, back bold ideas, and give people room to run. And we know work-life balance matters. Quarterly socials, holiday parties, charity events, lunch & learns, trivia nights, hackathons - we build community as intentionally as we build technology.
