Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Director for a Big 5 banking client for a 12-month contract. This role requires a visionary leader who can navigate the complexities of digital transformation within the banking sector, ensuring that the bank remains competitive and responsive to evolving market demands.

The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies that improve customer experience and operational efficiency. This includes leading the adoption of innovative technologies and digital solutions, and ensuring their seamless integration across various business units. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for digital enhancement and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

In addition to digital transformation, the Director will oversee change management efforts, ensuring that all initiatives are supported by robust change management plans. This involves securing leadership buy-in, providing coaching and support to managers and teams, and monitoring the impact of changes on employee behavior and business outcomes. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement are crucial to the success of these efforts.

Furthermore, the Director will manage cost optimization programs, aiming to enhance financial efficiency and sustainability. This includes identifying cost-saving opportunities, collaborating with finance teams, and implementing strategies that balance cost management with the bank's strategic goals.
