Job summary

The Ministry of Health's Continuing Care Branch in Regina seeks a Director of Corporate Support and Infrastructure. You will inspire and coach a team responsible for policy, strategic direction and legislation across community health services such as long-term care and home care, while driving infrastructure projects with stakeholders.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting and cross‑branch coordination to ensure an integrated and efficient health system that puts patients first.

The Opportunity
The Continuing Care Branch is seeking a creative, innovative and highly motivated team player with exceptional leadership skills for the permanent full time position of Director of Corporate Support and Infrastructure based in Regina. This position will inspire, coach and support a team in the oversight of provincial initiatives, including but not limited to: policy development, strategic direction and legislation pertaining to community based health services such as acquired brain injury, medical assistance in dying, long-term care, home care, rehabilitation and licensing. This position also provides leadership on various infrastructure projects in partnership with stakeholders and development and oversight of branch budget and forecasting.
