You will conduct counterparty due diligence, evaluate credit risk, provide sound credit recommendations, and proactively manage credit exposure across a complex portfolio. Working closely with teams across Global Markets, Legal, and Risk, you will help identify and mitigate risks related to derivatives and other trading products. Develop strong, trusted relationships to understand client trading requirements, anticipate evolving needs, and support CIBC Capital Markets business opportunities.* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support sound credit decisions, efficient execution, and a high standard of client service.* **Risk Management:** Partner closely with trading floor businesses and key internal stakeholders, including Legal and Risk, to identify, assess, and mitigate credit risks associated with derivatives and other trading products. An MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional designation is preferred.* **You have strong credit expertise.** You have strong knowledge of credit risk, derivatives, trading products, and corporate credit analysis.
