Job summary

McKesson Canada is seeking a Director, Compliance & Ethics in Mississauga. Lead the implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of the Privacy & Compliance Program and advise business leaders in a regulated healthcare environment.

This hybrid role requires at least two on-site days weekly. You will oversee privacy impact assessments, risk assessments, audits, training, and engagement with regulators, building a high-performing privacy and compliance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in privacy, compliance, ethics, risk management, regulatory affairs, governance, healthcare, or related field.
• At least three years of leadership experience, including talent development and complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience with regulatory interactions, investigations, audits, monitoring programs, and risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian privacy laws, healthcare regulations, compliance frameworks, and governance principles is preferred.
• Master's degree and a privacy designation such as CIPP/C or CIPM are preferred. French/English bilingualism is preferred.
