The Thumbtack Finance team’s mission is to be a strategic finance partner to the business, enabling better business decisions supported by data, while building a world-class finance function with integrity.
As the finance business partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be a trusted advisor, providing expertise in managing resources and growing the business to meet company goals. This highly visible role supports the Commercial organization, including Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, Service, and Operations teams.
You will provide end-to-end finance support, including analyzing market opportunities, contracts, building financial models, and delivering insights to inform decisions on pricing, customer acquisition, and market expansion. You will be a key cross-functional leader and part of the Commercial leadership team, focusing on growth initiatives.
You will help optimize go-to-market, sales, and revenue initiatives, evaluate performance, and enable data-driven decisions. Collaboration with Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, Service, and Operations will be essential to assess how sales and partnership decisions impact the P&L.
