The Role

Reporting to the Director and Head, IB Analytics, the Director, CoE Business Intelligence and Reporting is responsible for all regional Business Intelligence and Reporting requirements across International Banking.

The incumbent acts as a key point of contact and advisor to business stakeholders, identifying activities and recommending solutions to drive insights that support client prospecting, acquisition, relationship deepening, retention, client primacy, balance growth, cross-sell/up-sell, client-level pricing, product activation, and usage. This role serves as the primary analytics contact across International Banking and as a SME in Business Intelligence, including business insights for portfolio management leveraging reporting. The role is also responsible for developing and implementing market-leading data visualizations to identify, drive, and capture business value. Additionally, the incumbent will lead and develop a team of senior analytics professionals to enable the delivery of advanced reporting solutions. They will champion our business products and the client, while assessing activities for stakeholder impact.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
  • Provide advanced business and client insights to business line heads to identify and quantify opportunities for profit growth.
  • Serve as the primary analytics reporting SME for stakeholders, developing best-in-class data visualizations.
  • Analyze portfolio metrics, including client dynamics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize portfolio financial performance.
  • Define, operationalize, and update key performance indicators to inform regional business strategies.
  • Drive adoption of Cloud capabilities and support migration of reporting to the GCP platform.
  • Empower the business intelligence team through open communication and a collaborative work environment.
  • Build trust with senior leadership across International Banking.
  • Act as a primary contact for reporting and business intelligence, supporting strategic initiatives.
Do you have the skills to succeed? We'd love to work with you if you have:
  • Expertise in analytics, data management, and performance measurement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, with at least 10 years of experience in Banking & Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting concepts and analytical tools.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to foster a results-oriented, customer-centric culture.
  • Excellent business planning, strategy development, and execution skills.
  • Relationship management skills with stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Experience leading teams and collaborating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Banking products, Risk Management, and Finance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated, impact-driven, with strong business acumen.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Working Conditions
  • Office-based with occasional remote work; non-standard hours and limited international travel.
