The Role
Reporting to the Director and Head, IB Analytics. The Director, CoE Business Intelligence and Reporting is responsible for all the regional Business Intelligence and Reporting requirements across International Banking.
The incumbent is expected to act as key intake point and advisor to business stakeholders, identifying activities and recommending solutions to drive insights that support client prospecting and acquisition, relationship deepening, retention, client primacy, balance growth, cross-sell/up-sell, client level pricing, product activation and usage. This role serves as the primary analytics point of contact across International Banking who acts as a SME in Business Intelligence including, but not limited to, business insights for portfolio management leveraging reporting. The role is responsible for the development and implementation of market-leading data visualizations to identify, drive, and capture business value. The incumbent will lead and develop a team of senior analytics professionals across our footprint to enable the delivery of cutting-edge reporting across International Banking. The incumbent will act as a champion for our business products and the client, while at the same time assessing activities to consider their impact on all potential stakeholders.
