The impact you will have:

The Director, Cloud Solutions will bring a combination of people management experience, agile program management experience, and a demonstrated passion for customer experience and satisfaction. The Director will own the public and hybrid cloud professional services portfolio and product management, being responsible for effectively landing our offers and services in the market.

You will manage all direct reports from the Cloud Solution Development Team, overseeing day-to-day solution development operations, owning the cloud professional solutions portfolio, and ensuring integration and efficacy between Services, Architecture, Solutions & Vendors of our in-market services.

As part of our Go To Market leadership team, enabling our Pre-Sales and Specialty Sales leadership will be a core responsibility, including working with cross-functional teams in Marketing and GTM to deliver leads and targets to our pre-sales and sales organizations.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a team of professionals and their assigned workstreams and priorities.
  • Provide experience-based input to the direction of Softchoice’s Cloud services strategy.
  • Lead required team interactions with Softchoice LOBs such as Sales, Specialty Sales, Cloud Presales Architecture, and Services.
  • Conduct personal development planning for team members in alignment with overall goals.
  • Services and PreSales Support and Enablement:
    • Manage workstreams to support providing presales guidance for the cloud solutions portfolio.
    • Lead team efforts with Sales and Presales to enable the selling of solutions offerings.
    • Win buy-in and alignment with key leaders in Pre-Sales and Services leadership teams.
    • Manage and ensure delivery of enablement plan to presales and services.
  • Cloud Solution Development and Technical Vendor Management:
    • Manage Solution/Product development by implementing agile methodologies.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to align to sales and delivery enablement.
    • Maintain activity tracking and metrics as well as reporting of such information.
    • Lead go to market activities with the creation or approval of marketing materials.
    • Support the acquisition of client opportunities within cloud solutions development.
    • Work with representatives from categories to align with vendor partners.


What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Demonstrable experience with product management and go to market leadership principles.
  • Go to market experience with existing and newly deployed services.
  • People leadership and direct management experience.
  • Experience with business analysis and KPI identification.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Services or Development Management.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching direct reports and developing teamwork models.
