Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and on-site presence as primary clinical expert for AIMS platform.
• Engage nursing staff and leaders to tailor AIMS implementation to clinical workflows.
• Translate frontline insights into clinical training and implementation improvements.
• Support change management, staff engagement and adoption of AIMS across units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align clinical strategies with customer needs.
