What is the Opportunity?
The Director Finance Delivery Hub, a sub-function within the overarching Finance COO mandate, functions as a trusted partner, working directly with the Finance Business SME’s, leads and our business partners, to drive the end-to-end delivery and execution of projects and programs, with impacts to Financial external/internal reporting, systems and processes. As a trusted partner to the Finance Business, the team will play a pivotal role in recommending options and solutions, to help support senior management, make informed decisions, based on data, scalability of the solution and the overall effectiveness and benefit to the Finance function.
You will support the CFO’s AIM – “Ambitious Ideas Materialize”, initiatives. They will direct and oversee the strategic redesign of core global finance processes and the associated end to end implementation. The incumbent will support the designated CFO OC Sponsor and provide timely and decision-oriented updates, as required by the sponsor. You are expected to pro-actively manage projects and programs.
What will you do?
Supports multiple senior leaders including, Directors', Senior Directors', VP and SVP level stakeholders, as well as the COO for the CFO Group in executing projects and delivering results to support the CFO strategic pillars and the overall RBC objectives.
