Job Responsibilities

• Assign IT projects to Systems Analysts, Programmers and other computer technicians
• Coordinate IT projects, including the designs and deployment of new IT systems and services
• Direct & control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and control budget and expenditures
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Supervise Computer Analysts, Engineers, Programmers, Technicians and other personnel
• Train staff
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems
• Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
• Meet with clients to discuss systems requirements, specification, costs and timelines
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
• Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions on Cram by Merative (formerly Social Program Management)

Qualifications

• Language: English
• Education: Masters degree in computer science
• Experience: 5 Years (2 years on Cram)
