War Room is seeking an experienced Director, Campaigns to lead our Campaigns and Optimizations (media buying) team in driving strategic initiatives and achieving high-impact results. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to increase company revenue, drive efficiency, and lead programmatic buying through innovative initiatives. The Director will be responsible for team development, stakeholder management, and alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.
Please note that this is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in the office with the first 3 months of onboarding fully in the office. We are located at 210 W Broadway, Vancouver and our office hours are 9-5 pm.

The pay range for this role is: 140,000 – 180,000 CAD per year (Vancouver)
