Job description

A leading organization in the B2B distribution and logistics sector is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Business Process Innovation & Automation to report to the VP of Digital Strategy.

This role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that enhance sales enablement, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic digital transformation initiatives across business units, with a focus on sales innovation, customer automation, and operational excellence
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including supply chain, IT, and commercial leadership—to assess, design, and implement scalable process improvements
  • Oversee global supply chain process strategy, roadmap development, and technology alignment
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of project managers, analysts, and engineers
  • Deliver end-to-end project management, stakeholder engagement, and results-oriented execution
  • Champion change management initiatives, training programs, and continuous improvement practices
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends, sharing insights to influence digital strategy
  • Leverage data and analytics to design dashboards, optimize reporting, and drive decision-making

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and order-to-cash processes
  • Experience implementing CRM, order management, e-commerce, BI, and RPA tools
