Director, Brand & Marketing Services
We’re looking for a strategic, driven, and collaborative Director of Brand & Marketing Services to lead the teams responsible for brand management, marketing and creative services, and digital marketing operations. This leader will ensure that our brand is consistently expressed across all channels while operationalizing marketing at scale through efficient systems, processes, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in leading marketing and creative teams with broad roles and responsibilities, has scaled and grown successful marketing operations processes and approaches and excels at execution, driving results and building collaborative cross-functional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Stewardship
- Manage the corporate brand strategy, visual identity, and collaborate on messaging architecture across all touchpoints.
- Maintain brand consistency across campaigns, websites, internal communications, presentations, events, etc. for all brands in our network and business units.
- Lead a team of creative professionals and continue to manage and grow external vendor relationships to support our delivery of compelling, high-impact assets for various mediums.
- Support internal teams with brand governance, creative tools/templates, and ongoing brand education.
- Manage the company’s trademarks, including, trademark identifiers, renewals, applications.
Marketing Services & Operations
- Manage a centralized marketing services function that supports multiple business units and departments.
- Design and manage scalable workflows, and intake processes for creative and marketing requests, including SLAs and prioritization models for efficient service delivery.
- Drive enhancements to project and resource management platform(s) to increase transparency, speed, and collaboration across stakeholders as well as mechanisms that simplify and streamline day-to-day ordering for items such as print, SWAG, clothing, etc.
- Lead and support team members that manage and coordinate events and conferences nationally.
Web & Digital Property Management
- Oversee a team responsible for the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and development of our websites and digital properties.
- Direct web-related project work including site migrations, sunsetting outdated sites, integrating new properties, and ensuring brand and UX consistency.
- Manage domain registration, hosting platforms, DNS settings, and other technical infrastructure — ensuring compliance, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with IT, and external partners to align web strategies with enterprise priorities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with demand generation, product marketing, communications, and sales to support and execute integrated campaigns, programs and day-to-day needs.
- Serve as a key liaison between marketing and internal departments to ensure smooth execution and brand alignment across initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic planning, go-to-market efforts, and organizational change initiatives.
Team Leadership & Growth
- Hire, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals, establish performance metrics, and provide coaching to support the ongoing development of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing operations, and digital marketing leadership. Experience in healthcare, wellness or a related field is required.
- Proven success leading brand, creative, and web/digital teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience managing complex websites, CMS platforms, and digital infrastructure (eg domain registrars, hosting platforms, etc.).
- Strong understanding of marketing and creative services processes and workflows including asset management, approval workflows, etc.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and multiple priorities with a strong service orientation.
