About the Role
As a Director, Brand & Field Marketing, this person will lead strategic brand development and execution, including design, content and comms. This role will focus on both long-term brand positioning and short-term field marketing and events to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the following key areas:
    Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and grow brand equity
    Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels, internally and externally, in consideration of both client and talent interests
    Monitor and measure brand performance and make adjustments as needed
    Manage and retain a high performing team of writers, designers, social media specialists and videographers, cultivating a growth mindset and performance based culture
    Own and implement a focused events strategy to source new pipeline, influence existing pipeline and retention accounts and grow brand awareness
    In close coordination with the Demand team, launch a thoughtful webinar strategy
    Manage and optimize brand and event budgets.
    Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
    Own our social media properties (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube, etc.) for organic initiatives, to drive engagement and brand awareness
    Execute a PR strategy that tells an opinionated and differentiated story in the market, and secures coverage from leading publications and outlets
    Pursue meaningful award opportunities that showcase our differentiated products and services
    With product marketing, analyze market data and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
    Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, including account based marketing campaigns and customer campaigns, working closely with the demand team to push through appropriate channels
    Track and analyze campaign and event performance.
    Develop and implement strategies for improving campaign effectiveness.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who brings some or all of the following:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    8+ years in brand management, field marketing and events
    Strong leadership and people management skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Experience in managing marketing budgets.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Hybrid Work Details: We are a hybrid workplace, allowing employees to work remotely from home. However, this position requires one in-office day per month on pre-set dates, during which all company employees are expected to attend. Our office is located at 100 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Additionally, you may be asked to come into the office as needed with reasonable notice.
