Job description

Insight Global is looking for a Benefits Administration Specialist to join one of our clients on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day benefits administration for multiple clients, acting as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and insurance providers.
  2. Oversee benefits plans including life, health, medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and retirement plans.
  3. Ensure compliance with provincial and federal benefits laws and regulations.
  4. Partner with third-party administrators and insurance vendors for renewals, negotiations, and improvements.
  5. Educate employees on benefits and communicate effectively across groups.
  6. Analyze utilization trends to support plan design and cost control.
  7. Address complex benefits issues and implement risk management practices.
Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of benefits administration experience, managing multiple clients preferred.
  • Knowledge of group benefits plans and compliance regulations.
  • Agents license and/or CEBS certification.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with experience working with religious organizations like Catholic congregations.
  • Proficiency in benefits software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Additional Information
  • 3 days a week on-site.
  • Salary: CA$120,000 - CA$130,000 per year.
  • Senior level, full-time contract position.
