Job Description

This role oversees and supports the management, configuration, and enhancement of our Human Capital Management System (Dayforce), focusing on benefits administration. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Dayforce, benefits management processes, and data analytics, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure benefits offerings are integrated and effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HCM System Management: Configure, maintain, and support Dayforce, ensuring benefits data flows seamlessly.
  2. Benefits Administration: Manage setup, testing, and implementation of benefits features within Dayforce, aligning with company policies and legal requirements.
  3. Data Integration: Ensure accurate and timely benefits data integration between Dayforce and third-party vendors such as insurance providers and benefits administrators.
  4. System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve benefits administration system issues, collaborating with Ceridian IC and vendors as needed.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify process optimization opportunities and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all benefits-related processes and data handling comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.
  7. Training & Support: Provide training to property HR teams and end-users on HRIS benefits processes, offering ongoing support.
  8. People Management: Assist in leading a team of 5 indirect reports.

Qualifications

  • Certification in HRIS or benefits administration (e.g., CBP, PHR, SHRM-CP).
  • Experience with HRIS data integration and third-party vendor management.
  • Knowledge of additional HR software solutions or advanced data analysis tools.

This role will require travel of approximately 10%.
