This is a hybrid role base out of Chicago that reports directly to that Managing Director of CRM and Data Analytics. This opportunity is open only to Canadian citizens and authorized residents living in the Toronto area.

This person will oversee the development and advancement of analytics capabilities and solutions including machine learning, artificial intelligence. Leverages our data assets, leads the setup of framework and adoption of emerging technologies both on cloud and on-prem. Understand the data quality requirements and identify the improvement to support Analytics.

This person will also oversee the development of best practices and tooling to develop and operate the solutions securely, efficiently and cost effectively.

Responsibilities

• Typically, 10+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ideally 5years of working experiencewithin Financial Services

• Designs, develops, architects, and deploys analytics solutions on cloud (specifically AWS, Azure) and on-prem.

• Technical leader viewed as a thought leader for innovation. Be technically proficient in the analytics space.

• Experience within a leadership role where you have proven success with building and maintaining teams

• Experience defining and leading large-scale projects

• High level experience in Analytics fundamentals

• Up-to-date knowledge of Analytics technologies and their trends, including various libraries and tools

• Built feature stores and auto machine learning capabilities

• Certification with relevant to AWS / Azure

Salary:

$140,800.00 - $261,800.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
