What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Subject matter expertise in enterprise CRM architecture and supporting technologies
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel approximately 10-15% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM applications from major vendors such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and SAP
- Understanding of the impact of AI technologies on CRM
- Background in end-user environments, software vendors, implementation partners, or consulting in CRM
