What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop thought-leading research on CRM strategies and technologies
- Collaborate with clients on strategic and tactical CRM technology challenges

- Support Gartner sales with proof of concepts and consultations regarding CRM strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a research or technology-related role, preferably in CRM and Customer Experience
- Subject matter expertise in enterprise CRM architecture and supporting technologies
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel approximately 10-15% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM applications from major vendors such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and SAP
- Understanding of the impact of AI technologies on CRM
- Background in end-user environments, software vendors, implementation partners, or consulting in CRM
