A leading global financial services provider is seeking an AMLATF & Sanctions Compliance Officer to design and maintain compliance programs. The role involves policy development, regulatory monitoring, and collaboration with teams to ensure compliance with Canadian laws. Candidates should have significant experience in compliance and a relevant degree.
This role, reporting to the AVP, AMLATF & Sanctions Compliance Canada, and accountable to the VP, Manulife Bank and Trust Company's Chief Compliance Officer and CAMLO, involves designing and maintaining the AMLATF and Sanctions Compliance Program for Manulife Bank and Trust Company. Responsibilities include developing policies, procedures, and processes, preparing reports for the Board, monitoring regulatory changes, and representing the Bank in industry initiatives. The role requires expertise in Canadian banking AMLATF and Sanctions laws, strong relationship-building skills, and collaboration across various internal and external teams.

Location and Compensation:
Location: Waterloo, Ontario (Hybrid). Salary range: $100,950 - $181,710 CAD. For roles outside primary location, contact recruitment@manulife.com for salary details. Benefits include health, dental, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
