Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a Director of Agile Acceleration and Performance Management to lead agile transformations and enhance practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will drive change management, implement performance KPIs, and champion an agile culture. What you’ll do
The Director of Agile Acceleration and Performance Management will lead the transformation and enhancement of our agile practices to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization. This role will champion change management, oversee large-scale upskilling programs (e.g., GenAI adoption), and establish a Centre of Excellence for Agile. The ideal candidate will be an expert in agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum), performance KPI automation, and agile tooling, with a proven ability to orchestrate PI planning and foster an engineering culture.
