CCG Advisory Services, part of the CAA Club Group of Companies, is seeking a Director- Advisory to lead the advisory sales function across life, health, and estate opportunities. You will drive sales conversion, coach teams, manage KPIs, and collaborate with operations and marketing to optimize client experiences.

You will report to the AVP and oversee performance, routing, and escalation processes while shaping a high-performance culture and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
