Job summary

Meridian Credit Union in Toronto (with hybrid work and travel to St. Catharines as needed) seeks a Director, Advisor Experience to lead wealth field activation, advisor readiness, and leadership development.

You will drive adoption of strategic initiatives, strengthen advisor effectiveness, and align engagement with business outcomes. The role focuses on change sequencing, governance, coaching programs, and field communication to ensure successful implementation and sustained performance across

Qualifications

Fourteen plus years (14+) of significant progressive experience in wealth management, sales enablement, change management, field communications, advisor support or distribution leadership.
Undergraduate degree in business, communications, organizational change, adult learning or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience leading enterprise change activation, executive and field engagement, governance forums and people teams.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve the Wealth advisor and leader experience, including support structures and field-effectiveness priorities.
Define and advance the multi-year Wealth advisor and leader experience strategy, with vision and roadmaps.
Lead integrated activation, readiness and reinforcement for strategic initiatives and technology implementations.
