Accountable for strengthening advisor and leader effectiveness, improving execution consistency and productivity, and ensuring strategic initiatives are launched with appropriate readiness, support and reinforcement. This role owns the how of field execution: change sequencing, advisor and leader readiness, communications, coaching reinforcement, support deployment, feedback loops and sustained adoption.

Key Responsibilities
Advisor and leader experience strategy - 20%
  • Own and continuously improve the Wealth advisor and leader experience, including support structures, engagement practices, listening channels and field-effectiveness priorities that enable strong business and member outcomes.
  • Define and advance the multi-year Wealth advisor and leader experience strategy, establishing the vision, priorities, service standards and roadmap required to improve advisor effectiveness, engagement, productivity and the consistent delivery of advice.
  • Establish a clear advisor-support operating model, including roles, decision rights, service expectations and escalation pathways across Wealth, Sales Effectiveness and enterprise support functions.
Change activation and field readiness - 25%
  • Lead integrated activation, readiness and reinforcement for strategic initiatives, operating-model changes, technology implementations, regulatory requirements and growth programs.
  • Apply field-readiness gates and manage change sequencing.
  • Monitor adoption and effectiveness of tools, programs and initiatives; identify barriers and recommend enhancements.
  • Establish and govern the Wealth change-activation framework, including readiness criteria, implementation standards, decision rights and escalation protocols for initiatives affecting advisors and field leaders.
  • Assess the cumulative impact of concurrent initiatives on field capacity and recommend changes to scope, sequencing, timing or resource allocation where readiness, member experience or business performance may be at risk.
Leadership capability, coaching and support deployment - 20%
  • Define the Wealth leadership enablement strategy and establish consistent expectations for coaching quality, business planning, performance routines and change reinforcement across the distribution network.
  • Sponsor the development of scalable tools, frameworks and leader resources that strengthen accountability, improve execution consistency and reduce dependency on reactive support.
  • Partner with Sales Effectiveness, Learning and RVPs to activate and continuously amplify coaching frameworks, business-planning disciplines and leader routines. Set strategic priorities for Advisor Support and field activation resources, leveraging performance data, advisor productivity metrics, member insights and business results to optimize resource allocation, inform investment decisions and drive sustainable growth outcomes.
Communications, engagement and voice of field - 20%
  • Set the strategic narrative and communication approach for key Wealth priorities, ensuring leaders and advisors understand the business rationale, expected behaviours, implementation requirements and measures of success.
  • Establish clear ownership, response expectations and reporting mechanisms for issues raised through advisor listening channels, ensuring important themes result in visible decisions, actions or escalation.
  • Govern the Wealth communication calendar, channel mix, field memos, newsletters, calls, town halls and sales meetings.
  • Lead Wealth Advisor Council governance and convert field feedback into accountable actions and escalations.
Insights, governance and people leadership - 15%
  • Establish and oversee enterprise measurements for adoption, engagement, communication effectiveness, leadership readiness and recurring friction, proactively identifying risks and implementing strategies that accelerate business results and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead advisor-facing governance through the Wealth Operating Council and manage assigned teams with clear priorities and performance expectations.
  • Lead and develop a team of specialized professionals and leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Build succession depth across Wealth distribution functions through coaching, talent development and workforce planning.

  • Advanced facilitation, executive communication, stakeholder management and council‑governance skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to assess adoption, engagement, readiness, productivity and experience insights.
  • Knowledge of regulated financial services change, conduct expectations, technology adoption and operational readiness.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high‑performing employees and an ability to influence through matrix relationships across Sales Effectiveness, Operations, HR, Risk and field leadership.
