This role focuses on growing the business by increasing production and promoting insurance of persons sales, supporting regional sales plans. You will manage relationships with key advisors, especially in the HNW market, and assist Mass Market advisors with HNW cases.

Your responsibilities include proactively engaging with advisors, providing case consultations, and connecting them to internal resources and education. Collaboration with sales teams and experts is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-performing advisors.
  • Provide tailored solutions for advisors and their clients, including HNW cases.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and support contacts at carriers.
  • Educate advisors and sales teams on HNW opportunities.
  • Support ESG commitments in interactions with advisors and clients.
Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum 8 years in insurance of persons sales.
  • Deep knowledge of life insurance and living benefits policies.
  • Mandatory insurance of persons license.
  • CFP & CLU designations or in progress.
  • TEP, FEA desired or in progress.
  • Understanding of tax and estate planning strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of family and business insurance landscape.
  • Proficient with PPI tools and resources.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and French.
  • Proven relationship-building skills and organizational ability.
  • Flexible and able to communicate complex topics clearly.
