Airswift is seeking a Directional Drilling to work on a contract basis with a client in Calgary, Alberta.

Role Purpose

Responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD (Product & Service Delivery) to customers while ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and HSE compliance during service delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute service delivery activities safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Ensure all job deliverables are accurate and meet customer expectations.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and manage operational risks during service delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements through:
• CAT implementation
• Self-assessments
• Wellsite inspections
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings and drive performance improvements through action plans.
• Support HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and Quality programs.
• Consistently wear required PPE and follow all HSE policies and procedures.
• Maintain all required safety certifications and training.

Must-Have Requirements

• Experience in service delivery, field operations, or oilfield/well construction-related environments.
• Strong commitment to HSE and operational compliance.
• Ability to perform field-based work and travel regularly to customer locations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must own or have access to a 4x4 truck/vehicle for travel to field locations (critical requirement).
