As aDevelopment Directoron our Research & Engineering team you will partner cross-functionally to help shape the future of AI and interactive entertainment. You will turn technical goals into clear plans and use automation and agentic AI tools to improve how teams plan, coordinate, and deliver work. You will guide work from research and experimentation through prototypes, integration, and delivery. You will also create systems that give teams clear visibility into priorities, progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
This is a hybrid role, working three days per week in our Montreal studio.
The Development Director will report to the Head of Development Production.
