We need an impact player! Frima is looking for a Senior Account Manager to help take its business development team to the next level. And the reason is simple: we know how to take care of our people.

Your weekly responsibilities
  • Establish sales and account management strategies, working closely with stakeholders to meet or exceed targets;
  • Implement and roll out B2B positioning strategy;
  • Research and qualify business opportunities, initiate contacts with partners;
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence for market analysis;
  • Support proposal processes internally;
  • Represent Frima at professional and trade events;
  • Maintain relationships with partners;
  • Negotiate contracts respecting Frima's values;
  • Participate as a business partner during project development;
  • Support partners in their dealings with the game (publishers, UA partners);
  • Manage CRM;
  • Mentor other account managers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, or relevant experience;
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in business development in the video game industry;
  • Excellent industry knowledge and network;
  • Willing to travel internationally;
  • Bilingual in French and English; trilingual is a plus.
