Le directeur/La directrice, Commercialisation, soutient les groupes commerciaux Hors domicile à définir la vision et les stratégies commerciales afin de stimuler la croissance des ventes et d'améliorer la visibilité de nos marques de boissons chaudes et froides partout où les Canadiens consomment des boissons à l'extérieur de leur domicile. Cette personne supervise toutes les initiatives marketing développées pour les canaux de distributeurs autorisés Keurig (Keurig Authorized Distributors, «KAD») et de services alimentaires (Food Service, «FS»), tout en identifiant les opportunités de croissance au sein de notre portefeuille de produits et services et en traduisant les stratégies des marques en une exécution réussie et rentable dans le monde B2B.Ce poste requiert une personne motivée possédant d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et verbale, des compétences exceptionnelles en matière d'organisation et de gestion de projet, et la capacité de s'épanouir et de s'adapter avec le plus haut niveau d’efficacité et d’autonomie dans un environnement au rythme rapide.Ce joueur clé doit faire preuve de leadership et être capable de susciter l'engagement et la confiance de diverses équipes interfonctionnelles internes et externes et de parties prenantes, tout en agissant en tant que collaborateur stratégique pour nos homologues américains. Manager, AFH Commercialization
The Manager, Commercialization supports the Away From Home Commercial groups in framing the vision and commercial strategies to drive sales growth and enhance the visibility of our Hot & Cold Brands wherever Canadians consume beverages outside of their homes. This person oversees all marketing initiatives for the Keurig Authorized Distributors (KAD) and the Food Service (FS) channels while identifying growth opportunities within our portfolio of products & services and translating brand strategies into profitable successful execution in the B2B world. This position requires a self-driven individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, exceptional organizational and project management skills, and the ability to thrive and adapt with the highest level of efficiencies and autonomy in a fast-paced environment. This key player must demonstrate leadership and be able to generate engagement and trust with various internal and external cross-functional teams and stakeholders while acting as a strategic collaborator with our US counterparts. This person will report into the Senior Manager, Marketing Shared Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the strategic planning and deployment of the complete KAD & FS annual marketing & commercial strategies, including promotions, product introduction and on-premise brand activation plans in collaboration with Sales, External Brokers’, Omni, Brand, RGM and the leadership teams to support commercial priorities.
• Guide a dedicated innovation committee in framing the 3-year strategic pipeline priorities for commercial brewers & accessories and the AFH portfolio of Hot & Cold brands that aligns with US counterpart’s roadmap, Canadian Brand Team’s objectives, and the specific needs of our Distributors and their business customers.
• Work closely with the Innovation and cross-functional teams through the stage gate processes and own the successful introduction of new products within the channels with the creation of sales tools, marketing assets, sales incentives, promotional activities, etc.
• Develop quarterly promotional strategies and pay for performance programs that meet evolving financial and commercial requirements in strong collaboration with Sales, RGM, Finances, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Amplify KDP as a leading beverage provider on the Canadian commercial market, driving awareness and adoption of Keurig Commercial and FS solutions within businesses’ environments by managing tradeshows, in-trade content creation, business development tools, commercial communication tactics, etc.
• Manage, report on KPI and drive with vision the evolution of the AFH digital ecosystem, including the commercial.keurig.ca website, the KAD Partner Insider Portal, the commercial ordering platform and other related digital solutions through various features enhancement, updates, content creation, campaigns and marketing tactics to increase traffic & transactions, including paid search, web banners, organic search, email marketing, social media amplification & other initiatives.
• Approve all KAD/FS customer-facing messaging in compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Nurture strong relationships with partner agencies in order to deliver against commercial priorities while planning and defining scope of work, budgets and timelines for all activities.
• Partner with the Business Intelligence group to analyze marketing insights, data and lead post-program evaluations to gain effective understanding of market trends, programs performances and to offer recommendations for optimization;
• Oversee the execution of customer-specific marketing initiatives, including promotions, sales events, digital shelf, paid search and other ecommerce efforts on some of our larger KAD or FS distributors’ platforms, while tracking spend and supporting budget forecasting according to commercial playbooks and priorities.
• Manage, coach and empower the KAD/FS marketing team members in reaching their full potential all while delivering against priorities.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing or CPG commercialization.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the Food Service or commercial distribution industry.
• Experience in planning, executing and evaluating promotional activities.
• Experience with launching products with success and navigating stage gate process.
• Experience in working as part of a cross-functional team and with creative & digital agencies.
• Experience with managing a team or coaching collaborators in reaching business objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Bilingual: French (High writing proficiency) & English (Written & spoken).
