Job summary

Olymel is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Trois-Rivières team. You will lead production activities, optimize labor and equipment use, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervision experience, strong planning skills, and proficiency with MS Office. You will uphold health and safety standards and support training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing environment
• Education in administration, production, or personnel management would be an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships
• Strong planning and organizational skills and high professional ethics

Your Strengths for the Position
