Responsibilities:

• Manage major environmental projects including site remediation, marine dredging, and water treatment across Canada.
• Oversee contractual aspects such as budgets, timelines, and client objectives.
• Ensure team understanding of project scope and compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Develop complex proposals, estimate costs, and identify optimal solutions.
• Note: May require fly-in/fly-out during high season for remote project sites.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in environmental projects, especially site remediation.
• 5+ years of leadership managing multidisciplinary teams.
• University degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related field.
• Strong contract management and analytical skills.
