Job summary

Colliers International is seeking an experienced commercial real estate valuation professional in Canada. You will provide high-quality property valuations, market research, and business development, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on client service are essential. You will demonstrate a passion for producing detailed reports, fostering client relationships, and driving growth within your market with expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience in commercial valuation.
• Must be a member in good standing of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec.
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Argus Enterprise is preferred.
• Candidates must bring an established client portfolio and BD capabilities.
