Job Description

As Audit Manager I, you will execute audits of varying complexity, lead multiple audits, and provide recommendations for process improvements. Your responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing end-to-end audits aligned with policies and regulations.
  • Leading audit planning, risk assessments, and ensuring effective completion.
  • Supporting audit opinions and presenting findings to management.
  • Following up on findings from regulatory and internal audits.
  • Identifying internal process failures and recommending improvements.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and analytical tools.
  • Maintaining integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Fostering a positive team environment and good working relationships.
Job Requirements
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience with an undergraduate degree.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA and/or CIA are assets.
  • Experience or knowledge of HR audits is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and guide team members.
  • Strong communication skills in a dynamic environment.
