Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Money In Solution Finance, this position is responsible for producing monthly management reports and analysis, as well as consolidating the Annual Plan and quarterly forecasts. The individual will collaborate with Finance managers of both Everyday Banking and Personal Saving and Investing, supporting data consolidation, extracting key business drivers, and providing clear, concise analysis to support decision-making.

Job Description

Responsible for monthly management reporting, analysis, and data consolidation, working closely with finance teams to interpret results and support strategic decisions.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage preparation of reports and ad hoc requests, ensuring value-added analysis.
• Coordinate with Personal Banking team on monthly, forecast, and planning activities.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses as needed.
• Maintain relationships with business and finance partners, responding to queries.
• Improve finance processes and reporting capabilities.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with controls.
• Understand financial drivers and share industry best practices.
• Support team development and delegation.

Job Requirements

• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
• Charismatic with excellent communication skills.
• University degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Technical proficiency with enterprise software, reporting systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with ambiguous data.
• Knowledge of Money In solutions is an asset.
• Ability to coach others and adapt to change.
