We are looking for a Manager Aircraft Maintenance and Modification for Pratt & Whitney Canada's unique flight testing and corporate flight service.
This role, based in Mirabel, involves leading a dynamic team across two sites (Mirabel and Saint-Hubert), overseeing the maintenance of experimental (Boeing 747SP) and corporate (Dornier 328, Citation XLS) aircraft, managing material purchases, and modifying experimental aircraft. Are you passionate about aviation, knowledgeable in Canadian civil aviation regulations, experienced in aircraft maintenance, and ready to lead our aircraft maintenance team? The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in Mirabel, and is exclusively on-site.

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment; it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
